To mark the 1500th anniversary of the birth of St. Colmcille, Fingal Arts Office, through its Artists' Support Scheme have funded a new composition, Sord Cholmcille: A Suite for Irish harp, soprano and reciteur by Janet Harbison. The work was performed at Swords Castle by Mary Louise O'Donnell (Soprano), Teresa O'Donnell (Irish Harp) and Bryan Murray (Reciteur) and recorded by Jon Henderson (Red Wall Studios).

There is strictly no parking permitted within the Castle Grounds but on street parking is available
Dogs are welcome into the park area but must be kept on a leash at all times. Any dog litter / fowling must be removed by owner
